BRIEF
Carstar approached Espace M to solve a data problem. Carstar wanted to connect their CRM to Google Ads data in order to deliver a return on investment to the network’s franchisees.

SOLUTION
Espace M reached out to all stakeholders (Progi, Driven Brands shared services) and even ask Google for some help with development. Espace M also directed the process and explained to all parties what steps (how data needs to be gathered in the data lake) needed to be done to make this project a success.

RESULTS
Following numerous meetings with all stakeholders organized by Espace M, Progi proposed a customized solution to Carstar to establish a connection between the Data Lake and CRM. This solution will enable Carstar to calculate the return on media investment. Although it was not part of Espace M’s primary mandate, the agency demonstrated commitment to Carstar by supporting the project at no additional cost.
