Sinan Alaeddinoglu

Sinan Alaeddinoğlu brings over three decades of creative leadership to the advertising industry, blending deep local insight with global communication standards.

Born in Ankara in 1973, Sinan began his career in 1994 as a Junior Copywriter at Lowe Adam after studying philosophy at Hacettepe University. His journey took him through pivotal roles at Ekol and Rpm/Radar, where he rose to Creative Group Director and crafted iconic campaigns, including Yapı Kredi’s “Vadaa” — one of Turkey’s most memorable banking ads.

In 2007, Sinan founded Teşkilat, a full-service agency that offers both offline and digital communication for major local and global brands. Under his leadership, Teşkilat has served clients such as ETS Tur, DHL, WWF Turkey, Anadolubank, and NG Hotels, delivering strategic creativity with proven results.

Renowned for his award-winning work across national and international festivals, Sinan is driven by a belief in the power of ideas that resonate across cultures and channels.

He is married and has one child.
