Hey, I'm Rik, and I'm an entrepreneur who believes that there is a better way of doing better business.

As the leader of Switch, a B2B brand and marketing agency (which I own together with my brother, Ed), I'm proving that success is achievable with a 4-day work week, remote operations, and a culture of kindness.

Beyond our agency, I serve as a Vistage chair and business coach, guiding leaders to build better businesses and lives. I also offer my expertise as a virtual/fractional CMO and non-executive director, bringing a wealth of knowledge in digital marketing, agency management, and growth strategies for businesses of all sizes.

Last, but definitely not least, I love helping other people develop, and as a natural consequence of this, I now do quite a bit of panels and public speaking, and I build and deliver custom courses for people who want to drive more value from meaningful relationships, both personally and professionally.
