Sure, Larry may have a fancy title next to his name, but when you shake his hand, you’ll quickly realize that he’s a pretty a regular guy. An inspiring leader for over 30 years, Larry has evolved from broadcasting executive to the Chairman of FARM—one of Western New York’s top marketing agencies.

What’s the secret to his success? He’ll insist it’s surrounding himself with the best people. But others will cite his relentless drive. You see it in the office with his push toward meaningful change, and in the gym when he’s tossing around tires the size of golf carts.

Larry successfully led as the board president of the SPCA Serving Erie County for 20 years. His previous board appointments include the Alzheimer’s Association of Western New York, Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. What’s left of Larry’s downtime is consumed by renovating his farm, gardening, exercise, wine, travel, his dogs, and his grandchildren. Larry admits this seems like a lot, but says, “hey, I really don’t sleep much.”
