Alexa Caraballo

Widely known in the puertorican Avertising industry as Alexa, has been married for 24 years and is the mother of a 20-year-old son. She hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico, and is the youngest of three siblings.

Alexa focused her studies on Communications, Advertising, and Marketing at the University of the Sacred Heart in PR. In 2021,  she completed postgraduate studies in General Business Management at Harvard Business School.

With 25 years of experience, she has worked in various advertising agencies, both local and international. Upon joining Lopito, Ileana & Howie in 2012, she took on the challenge of leading the media department, developing strategies for clients in industries such as healthcare, telecommunications, education, retail, banking and more. Three years into her tenure at the agency, she was offered a partnership in the business. In 2015, she embarked on the task of developing the first purely local media company, Horoma3, in collaboration with two other local agencies, making it the largest agency in terms of billing and media buying in the Puerto Rican market. In 2018, she began working with the Advertising Association of Puerto Rico, holding various positions on its Board of Directors , former President of the Board (2022 and 2024) and,  currently serving as its President of Cuspide Festival. In 2022, she was appointed General Manager of Lopito, Ileana & Howie.
