Melissa is the General Manager at Switch, a Brand and  Communications agency that helps B2B brands all over the world grow their businesses sustainably. 

With a multicultural background – born to a French mother and Greek father, raised in Libya, and now based in Malta, she brings a global perspective and a strong sense of connection to her leadership.

Since joining Switch in 2015, Melissa has held roles across content, social media, and client management, giving her a unique understanding of the businesses they serve. She’s passionate about supporting purpose-driven clients who are striving to make a positive impact but need help articulating and communicating their value clearly.

As a working mother and advocate for better work cultures, Melissa leads with empathy and balance. She’s proud to have contributed to Switch’s transformation into a fully remote, 4-day workweek agency – an environment that prioritises both deep focus and personal well-being.

Above all, Melissa is driven by meaningful relationships. Whether it’s building strong partnerships with clients or supporting her team, she believes in doing business with heart – and helping others do the same.
