“Arikiri” is a short animated film that captures the ‘reality’ of work style reforms in Japanese companies. Inspired by the fable “The Ant and the Grasshopper,” this engaging video explores whether the shifts in modern Japanese work culture are contributing to personal happiness and fulfillment. Produced to celebrate Cybozu’s 20th anniversary, the project offers a fresh take on work style reform and earned the prestigious Grand Prix Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Award in the Online Film category at the 2018 58th ACC TOKYO CREATIVITY AWARDS.
